About Me

‘I don't treat diseases, I treat people.’

Margaux

I became a therapist over ten years ago, driven by a deep fascination with human beings and the way they live and function. I’ve always felt the need to help and make a meaningful contribution. Every encounter with my patients is an opportunity to explore their unique story, and I place great importance on active listening. I’m convinced that many illnesses could be prevented if we took more time to listen to each other. Having a space where you can let go, feel heard or simply savor the silence and take care of yourself is essential for everyone’s well-being.

My background

My journey in traditional Chinese medicine began in 2010, when I joined the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in England. It was there that I acquired the fundamentals of this discipline and graduated as an acupuncturist in 2014. Keen to expand my knowledge, I then spent a year in Shanghai, at the YueYang Hospital, followed by four months in Beijing, at the DongZhiMen Hospital. These experiences enabled me to work alongside great Chinese masters, to refine my practice and enrich my knowledge. Back in Switzerland, I felt the need to incorporate a complementary manual technique, so I turned to reflexology. After two years’ training, I qualified as a reflexologist. Since then, I’ve never stopped training, specializing in techniques such as Gua Sha, auriculotherapy, cupping and, of course, acupuncture and reflexology.

Passionate about my work, I take the time to listen to my patients and explore new approaches. I’m currently involved in a one-year training course in acupuncture for babies, children and adolescents, as well as another that delves deeper into the classic texts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My desire to learn and grow in my practice is unwavering.

In my practice, the patient is never alone. On the contrary, while the needles are being inserted, I take the opportunity to massage the areas of the body that need it. I’m aware of the importance and benefits of touch, and I’m convinced that it not only improves the results of my practice, but also gives me valuable information about each patient’s condition.
